A dozen of independent company directors producing
and distributing lubricants in different regions decided to regroup
and to create an inventive common structure.
The national company IGOL France,
owner of the brand, is responsible for the national technical and
commercial policies.
Serving as purchasing group, it is effectively the common subsidiary
of the regional companies which exploit the IGOL brand within the
scope of a franchising contract.
The ten regional companies (with eight production
sites) represent :
80 000 000 € turnover,
including 2 200 000 € for export
